Why I need it?
You know, I have a lot of Canon FD lenses. I found this adapter before I bought the Fujifilm, and thought about it for a long time. The main problem with modern lenses is that they are very sharp. In pursuit of image quality, engineers missed a very important detail – softness of image. That’s why I’m usually very disappointed with my photographs – they lack softness, cinematography, artistry. I don’t want to capture real world as it is, I want to capture something interesting, something cinematic, something that I can put in photo album and be proud of it. I don’t need sharpness and ultra-high image quality all the time. Imperfection makes a photograph real
What’s the purpose?
The film is expensive. Around 10-20€ per roll and ~7€ for development and scan. I hope, that with this adapter I can improve my skills in handling lenses, aperture and shutter speed faster and cheaper

Update after experiments
It turns out, that adapter not only help me to use Canon FD lenses, but also adjusts the difference between full-frame and cropped APS-C sensor! What a wonderful discovery! Looks like I don’t need the whole table above
